NBN outage

Hi all.

We have an outage - again.

This time it's been caused by a comms technician who was working with the comms box in the ground earlier this morning. All was working fine until he closed up shop and left a few hours ago. No idea which company he was with or on behalf of.

Anyways, can't establish DSL connection, tried all resets and restarts.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage 

 

On your case, we have since raised the issue to our Engineering Team for further investigation. Please ensure to leave your modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
