NBN plans cant be changed - why ?

I am a TPG customer and it seems they are closed and out of business.  Cant call. Cant self manage anything. Its not up to standards.

I can access my account but trying to change plans it defaults to NBN50 no matter what is chosen. You cant go up or down so changing plans doesnt actually change anything. I also cant locate where I can elect to opt out of NBN voice calls etc. I can manage it but cant stop it.

I am really questioning changing providers.

Given the pandemic has impacted businesses for 18 months this is quite poor.  Its like they dont want to stay in business.  And for a IT based company thats appalling. No websupport. No work from home... Just silence and dysfunctional online services.

Hi @gerrfamilysyd ,

Welcome to the community! Thanks for raising this to us.

I am sad to know that you're having difficulties updating the NBN plan of the service, I would love to help arrange one of our account specialists to contact yuo for assistance. Shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.

How do I private message (PM) in the community

Regards,

@gerrfamilysyd I checked on the back end right now and they currently do not see any issues on the online change of plan via TPG My Account. They will keep on checking. If you can give a screenshot of the issue that would greatly help us.

For other people's benefit, here is an article about online Change of Plan "How to Change NBN Plan Online via TPG My Account"

You can also Change your Plan via TPG Mobile App, please see TPG’s New Support App: My TPG

Please PM your details to my colleage @Shane above, also indicate the plan in which you wish to change into.

Kind regards,

Joseph D
