I’ve reset the modem to my nbn however this doesn’t help. I phoned tpg technical help desk at 9:35pm and still on the phone 30 mins later waiting to speak to someone (now 10:06pm) Please help!
It’s 10:15pm now and I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to a tpg technical support personnel since 9:35pm this evening. After waiting on the phone all this time, the message I now receive on the phone is that customer service has now closed and to call back between operating hours ie before 10pm (which I did). My call then terminated. Not sure what to do now
