Hi, i have recently upgraded to NBN internet and i got email that my service is active. I have a tp link archer VR1600v router. I have connected to my nbn box and also tried all UNI-D ports but its not recognising.

I have already tried the initial steps. But the Uni-D ports lights are not turning on. And no internet connection
