I got the NBN100 plan couple months ago, at the biginning I did a speed test and it was fine.
However, the speed became lower and lower these days. So I did some speed tests tonight and found the speed was very low and sometimes the download speed was even just 0.5 Mbps. I attached some test snapshots for the reference.
Could anyone please look into it and solve the problem? Thank you.

@johnkillara2017 what WiFi are you connected to - 5Ghz or 2.4GHz?
