NBN50 Slow Upload Speed

I am currently on the NBN50 Plan and my upload speed is 0.9 Mbps. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the maximum upload speed is supposed to be around 20Mbps? Surely I should be getting a better upload speed than 0.9Mbps? I want to stream my gaming sessions but am unable to broadcast good quality.

Would you be able to assist?
