Hi there,
My son was having trouble with gaming as it ended up lagging too much for the past week and I did not think it could be the speed of download until I checked online and we are only getting 5mbps whjch is about 1/10 of the 50Mbps that was promised with NBN 50 by TPG. Please help!

We were able to locate your account and learned that the modem/router is getting a good connection speed.
When you tested the speed, are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?
We've created an article that may help you troubleshoot your speed issue.

Thank you for your reply. The slowness of internet issue was fixed after 6pm today somehow. Hopefully it stays that way as it was for an entire week last week.
I don't know what is going on but the speed just dropped to 5Mbps again! This is excruciating painful! Please fix this!!!
