NBNCo outage! WiFi is connected, but no internet (exclamation point shows)

I have received a message this afternoon saying that my NBN service may be part of an outage. Your wholesaler is investigating the issue. Then, no further response and of couse no internet till now. Please check and let me know when it will be fixed?
