NO NBN connection box

Hi, 

I moved to new address that support nbn hybrid fibre coaxial(hfc) and purchased tpg nbn plan, received nbn router from tpg.

When I tried to setup the nbn box, there was no nbn connection box in the new address also why is the installation status still showing as in progress?

Would you please check it?
