Nbn box stuck on red flashing light

Initially this issue was brought up around 3 days ago, the issue was escalated to the engineering team. Customer support told us that we would receive communication from the engineer in one day's time but we have not received a response at all.

No internet. Only the power button and another icon lights up flashing red. The other two do not light up. Resetting does not fix the problem. The box stopped working after a lightning strike.

We need to get the internet up asap.
