Nbn connection reconnected with cgnat ip and not public ip

Hi there,

Tonight my nbn connection dropped and after reconnecting i now only have a cg nat ip and not a public ip which won't allow vpn remote access or access to the servers i host.

If a tpg rep can look into this and have it put back the way it was it would be much appreciated and also make sure no firewall rules are enabled on tpg's end e.g. tcp 80 443 8080 udp 500 4500 etc

Hi @User3428

Welcome to the Community!

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it shows that the account is still under the Dynamic IP.

Have you tried to turn off the modem for 30 seconds, then turn it back on?

Are you still getting cg nat ip address?
