Nbn internet stopped working

That's possibly the reason why the modem is not communicating with NBN Black box. Kindly remove the yellow cable from the LAN 1 port of the TPG Modem and connect it to the Blue Port/WAN Port of the TPG modem instead.

I will check here if the modem will communicate with the NBN box. Let us know once done. Thank you.
