Nbn planned outage then modem doesn’t recognize?

Anyone on sunny Coast had planned nbn outage then their modem/nbn box in house not connecting since?? Live at Boreen Point street n Sunshine Coast- had nbn planned outage 2 June and apparently 3 June - some work on the tower nearby. Should have been fixed by 9am no Internet now at 4pm.
