Get online support
Hi
I've just made the switch to TPG and have not been online since the change. I have an AX1500 next gen router that says I have no internet connection. I tried calling tech help and was advised it would take 24 hours before engineering could have a look at the issue. I've tried many times to configure the router to the server. I have even tried connecting directly from the NBN box to my laptop but still there is no service. Can you please help? I can't wait 24 hours to get my service up when I am already paying for the service.

For newly ordered service, make sure that you receive a notification that it is active before performing any troubleshooting.
If you receive the said notification, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
