Hi,
I have an issue with my internet. My internet jus dropped for the 2nd time this month. The DSL light on NBN modem is not on. I try check for any outage, and there are no outage in my area from NBN and TPG website. I try use different phone wall socket and different phone cable (change to new) , still can't connect. Lastly, I try hard reset on NBN modem many times (more tham 4-5 times), it doesnt work too. Try to call TPG helpdesk, after 1 hour waiting time, no one pick up. Need help, please
