No GREEN light

Hi, everything was okay for the first few weeks, payment is good. And of all sudden, the green light for internet on the modem doesn't seem to light up. I did not switch off any of the devices prior to that.

As soon as i noticed that there are no connections, I have tried switching off/restart the modem and the connection box, and there is still no indication of green light. Please help. Thanks.
