Hi,
I was working last night with the internet working fine. Suddenly, around 10:00 PM, I lost my connection. I tried to troubleshoot the problem by restarting the modem multiple times, but had no success. I even reset and restarted it again, but still no success. I checked the NBN outage, and my address was fine with no reported outages. Until now, the internet has not been restored. Please advise.
