No NBN connection

I have had issues since Wednesday 12th feb.
Was on and off but now have been without internet since Thursday night.
NBN site comes up with refresh page constantly.
Anyone else in Jamisontown NSW area having issues?

Hi @Shiel1, we have located the account using your community details. As per checking, NBN Co. has identified a network fault affecting services in your area. There's no estimated time of restoration yet, but NBN technicians are doing their best to rectify this as soon as possible.
