i want to share my experience who are struggling due to no internet issue.
08032019 no internet connection
tried reboot, reset modem &router
1) left msg on tpg web
2) join community to post no internet issue
3) gave up after long waiting(10-15mins) on technical support call
09-10 032019
no internet
TPG replied on my web msg. it advised to try reset again.
followed instruction but couldnt fix.
replied with modem picture and ping test and tracert test result.
1) technical support call answered after 15mins waiting.
- ping test : loss ..
- tracert test : loss..
- requested to send email the result
2) TPG arranged tech to visit on tuesday 8am -12pm. it msged to ask to attend at that time. i replied "YES"

no internet
TPG text to confirm tomorrow appointment
12032019
8am. no visit.
but internet is "working" now.
while I wasnt sure if TPG engineer is testing or finished,
TPG texted appointment is cancelled.
