We have lost Internet connection since about 11AM this morning (16/2).
We have checked the NBN network status and there are no outages reported in our area.
There is no DSL modem light or Internet light. Occassionally, the DSL modem light flashes on and off but it never stays lit.
Our NBN connection has been down for more than 24 hours now and the technical support line disconnected my call since the line was too busy.
What is going on with the service? There are no planned NBN outages in our area.
