No NBN internet in Meadowbank

Hello, my nbn connection has been down since the 10th scheduled maintenance. It was working fine a few minutes before the maintenance and ever since it happened, it now has been 5 days without internet. The NBN technician came out on the 12th and said it was an area fault and would be fixed in the same afternoon in 4-6 hours. It is still down, can someone please help? I also checked both the TPG and NBN service outage pages and they both indicate no issues.

We understand that your assigned Engineer has been in touch and was advised that another NBN technician was requested to check your service.

Further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer as soon as it becomes available.
