No Online Chat ??? Need Help

1.     I cannot find any online chat.

2.     Can't connect by phone, they don't answer

3.     I can't email, as that is the reason I want to Chat

4.    Did a Tracert - Not reaching the Data Centre - SO IT'S AN ISP ERROR

5.    Anyone have a solution?

6.    Is anyone else experiencing no email or unable to reach their Hosting provider

Which data centre are you trying to reach?
Can you post the tracert results?

What lights are lit on the NBN box and wifi router?
