Looks like NBN is out once again with out any warning?

Will there be any compensation for this continual disruption.

We have experienced an unplanned outage which affected both our phone and internet services. Our Network Engineers have immediately engaged and resolved the issue. 


I've ran a remote test and it shows that your internet is up and running for more than 8hrs now. Should you still require assistance, please feel free to let us know.
