No call back

Called TPG as we had no internet 6pm Qld time. Autobot informed us we will get a call back within 1.5 hrs due to a current high volume of calls. When do they mot have a high volume of calls? Anyway, never got a call back. Thanks (sarcasm).
If you make a commitment, stick to it!!!

Thanks for raising this with us.

 

We checked the account and learned that your service is affected by an unplanned NBN outage.

 

They've advised that there's fault to the electrical path between the attachment at the power lines on top of the pole and the input of the NBN hardware. They've requested for an electrician to investigate further and there's no ETA on when it will be resolved.

 

We'll monitor the case and provide updates once available.

The outage within the NBN network has been resolved.

 

The fault within the the third party line was fixed by the attending electrician.
