No connection in Baulkham Hills

My nbn connection box is showing red light as the storms started just now. Internet down.

Same thing happening with mine NBN connection as well. And I just checked with my neighbor, they are experiencing same thing !

I am in the Blue Mountains we got hit with a severe storm at 6 pm and my nbn box started clicking and a red light appeared... we have been without internet since then. I lodged a ticket with support still waiting for a response.

Ya, I called support as well and received a SMS this morning said they have raised the issue to NBN Co. and the support said lots of customers are facing same issue, so may be it is a issue within NBN
