No connection

Have had no connection today since 7am.
NBN modem upstream light continuing flashing. Tried on and off button and resetting.
HFC NBN. Carindale, Brisbane, Qld.

We advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage here: How to Check for NBN Network Outage and TPG service status.

 

If there's no outage in your area, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
