No data connect

This is what has been happening for about a month now. When a register a fault I get a message back that there is no issue showing. I’ve tried resetting a few times and nothing changes.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.

The modem/router shows that it's been stable as well.

 

What exactly are you experiencing with your service? Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection?
