No home internet connection

I have an NBN subscription with TPG.
All 4 lights on the NBN internal box are green and stable. However, the router has only 3 green lights on for Power, 2.4G and 5G. All other lights on the router are off.
How do I resolve this issue?

Hi @pekyian . Is this a new connection or has it been working before?

What is the model of wifi router?

How is the router connected to the NBN box?

Have you tried turning the router off and on?
