No internet NBN

We have had no internet since Tuesday Afternoon, my lights on nbn modem flash the downstream and power then all flash and go out and start again, I have tried re starting several times. Help please.

I've managed to locate your account and it appears that the caused of the issue is an outage. 

NBN Co advised of a network incident impacting some HFC users in the QLD area. The technician is now on site. NBN will provide updates as information is reported back from Field Services.
