The 4G indicator on my wireless broadband router has been yellow for 3 days and we haven’t got internet at home. I received my invoice about a week ago but haven’t seen any transaction from TPG in my bank statement. Just logged in my TPG broadband account this morning and updated my direct debit info as it seems the existing details were not correct. Can you see what caused my internet connection issue and if the payment transaction is done correctly?
