No internet access

The modem was delivered to me yesterday but I can't to the internet. My device it says: 'Wi-Fi is connected to the device. No internet access'.
I pressed the power and reset button several times. Also, all devices overloaded many times. I'm still without internet

Hi @Oksana ,

 

Is this for a newly installed service or replacement modem? The error message means the modem is not connected to the network.
