No internet access

Since last Wednesday have had no internet access on our home wireless broadband. Have gone through all trouble shooting steps but nothing has fixed it

Have followed all the help support advice, switched off unplugged for an extended amount of time checked the Sim was properly in. It has always been by a window as advised. Never had an issue for the whole time. Assumed it was because hadn't updated new credit card details, however I have done that a wk ago. Have tried on multiple devices (3 phones, smart tv, a tablet and a laptop connected via a cable)
