No internet and phone connection

We lost internet and telephone connection after 10am this morning. The modem’s DSL and WAN light are not light. I tried reset the modem and change to another modem, it is still not working. It seems the NBN line have some problems.
Because we are in the shopping centre, we asked other shops, it seemed the whole internet connection is down in Lake Macquarie square.
Please have a quick check and help to resolve this issue.
