I have no internet connection since last night at 10.30pm 18/11/20 and still don't have internet this morning. The phone line also doesn't work. Can someone please look into this as a matter of urgency and advise.
We understand that you've been in touch with our Tech team and was advised that the service is affected by an unplanned NBN network outage.
There's no ETR given as of the moment, but we've been advised that their technicians were requested to investigate the case further. Further updates will be given via SMS and it will be posted on the NBN status page.
