No internet connection

My modem is only displaying power, DSL, Internet & LAN4 lights. Neither My computer or any device can detect my network.

Been on hold for 2 hours now...

Hi @Cheffie . What is the model number of the router?

The wifi function might be turned off by a switch on router or disabled in the router config. If it is not disabled, the SSID names might be hidden.

Is this a new modem? Please ensure to check if the WLAN/Wi-fi button is on. 

If it's a no go, a reset would be the last resort.
