No internet connection

Cannot connect to the internet via nbn despite connecting to the modem successfully.

I also am having issues calling or receiving calls on my mobile and so cannot call customer support.
Mobile data is working though.

Any help you can offer in getting my nbn service working again would be appreciated.

Getting desperate as all the support pages ask me to call.
If this isn't resolved today I'll just change to a new ISP.

I managed to get a hold of tpg support on a friend's mobile. They said they will contact an nbn technician to assess the line connection to my premises.

In managed to get help by using another persons phone and calling the support number.

Hi there, I still have problem for my internet connection after got new plan and new rotor. Could you please help me? I tried several times to call TPG with no answer.
