Hi,
Could someone please help me. I have had no internet connection for the last 48hours and I’ve been unable to work. The internet service was working very well last week. I have no idea why it has suddenly changed. I have lodged a fault via the customer app, but it is just sitting as ‘unresolved’ with no indication of when this will be fixed, or what I can try to resolve it. I can’t get through on the phone number to talk to anyone for the last two days. This needs to be fixed in the next 24 hours or I will lodge a complaint with the ombudsman.

The best Thing to do is loadge a dispute through the Telecomunications ombudsman. This is a free service and they will charge TPG a fee for there service. They will make TPG fix your NBN that you have paid for.

You can lodge dispute by clicking on link below. If Enough people do this It might just make tpg give you the service that you have paid for.

TIO will charge the fee to TPG for there service. For example If TIO charge $280 to provider(TPG) for each dispute and 100 people lodge complaints. Tpg would have to pay $28000 in fees. Hence if enough people lodge legitimate disputes TPG will have to improve there service. Remeber you have paid good money each month for a service that is not provided. Do not let TPG get away with corporate Bullying.

I gave TPG untill 12.30 yesterday or I would lodge dispute with ombudsman. I ended up lodging dispute at 1pm. It is very easy to do online.

I've also been without Internet, as I'm writing this, for the last 4 days. I've rung tpg 3 times, twice being told wait time are longer than expected and book a call back, but I never get a call back. When I did get through to them they assured me nbn co would contact me within 24 hours.
It's been 51 hours and I've heard nothing.
They used to be good, but not any more.
Like others have said, might have to contact TIO!
