Sorry to learn that you are having troubles with the connection. I did run an initial test and did not detect any connection as well on our end.
I raised the issue to our Engineering Team for further investigation. Kindly allow them sometime to assess and determine the cause. They should provide an update as soon as it is available.
We understand that the service is currently not working however please ensure to still leave the modem connected and turned on for testing purposes.
