Based on the account I've located using your Community details, there appears to be no signal going through based on the status of the modem lights.
The issue is now raised to our Engineering team for further investigation. An Engineer will be assigned to monitor and provide you with updates whenever possible.

A tech appointment has been booked on 13 January 2020 between 1PM - 5PM.

The NBN Technician appointment is scheduled on Monday, 13 January 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
You will receive an SMS or phone call prior of technicians arrival. Further updates will be provided by our Engineering Team when it becomes available.

There won't be a technician today. NBNCo has already closed the ticket we've raised with them since they were able to detect internet traffic already.
