No internet connection

We have had no internet connection at all today. I have checked NBN and no issues there. I have reported this to TPG but after 5 hours of waiting for an update, still nothing from TPG. So TPG, would appreciate it if you could fix the problem!!

Have the same experience.. No outage notice no internet no answer on phone, ticket maked as complete and unresolved!

Can’t seem to get any response or help from TPG at all!
