No internet connection

Hi there
Suddenly internet connection stopped working yesterday.
Modem looks fine, all lights on.
I did modem off/on and reset but no luck
Please check it asap

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you were able to speak with our Tech team. The case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation.

 

They've detected a fault on the copper network in which the case was lodged with Telstra. Telstra has booked a technician to check your TPG service on or before the 26th of February. Your attendance is not required.

 

Further updates will be provided once available.

still, there is no connection. it's so difficult.

Hi @Odontuya, we can see that a Telstra techncian has fixed the issue.

 

We have checked the status of your connection and it appears to be up and running for more than 17 hours now.

Yes, we got the connection yesterday evening only. It took 5 days to be connected. it's too long 5 days for a student who has assignments due.
