No internet for 3 days and persistent internet dropouts for the past 10 days

Interesting - I’ve had the same issue. Thought it might have been a payment issue, except that I had the recurring dropouts over the last couple of weeks, and finally no internet since Wednesday.
We also just had the NBN installed to the curb, so was pretty sure it was something to do with it.
Tried a bunch of other modems and cables but the DSL signal is not appearing on any.

Hi @JDGY, we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and they have raised the issue to Telstra who has committed to send a technician anytime between now and 25/Dec/2019.
