We have had no internet since around 9:30am. My wife rang TPG and was told there were too many calls to help her and to go online, which without internet is a bit tricky. Anyone know if there is an NBN outage effecting us or is it just busy? But surely just "busy" would not knock out the internet and landline phone??

I was able to pull up your account using your email address. I have run some test and detected that the internet service is working but it's been dropping. We might need to perform some troubleshooting with the help of our Tech team.
