Get online support

No internet/internet and wifi does not work

Hi TPG team,
I hope you are doing well. Sorry my house has has no internet and wifi for the past 2 days. We have strived to call for support for 2-3 hours per day, but have not managed to talk to any consultant.
Could you kindly help us fix this issue ASAP? Please do not hesitate to advise if you would like me to send a PM message for more details.
