No internet - new connection

Hi
I just set up my new modem and even though TPG sent an email saying service is active, I cannot connect to the internet.

I've waited 1hr now no green light on modem.
* checked all connections.
* checked modem: says dsl port disconnected yet plugged in.

What do I do next pls ?

Hi @Glenycedw . What type of NBN connection do you have?
Do you have an NBN box or not?

What model wifi router?

TPG support have contacted me now and diagnosed there is a line issue.

FTTN connection.
No nbn box
TPlink- Ax5400 modem
Thank you for replying! Technician coming out spop hopefully will be resolved soon.
