No internet (no NBN outage)

Hello,
Internet is down, last night was on and off now this morning it is not working at all. No NBN outage or TPG outage I can find. Account is up to date. Can you please assist

Connection was dead, TPG arranged for NBN technician who has now been and fixed the issue.
