No internet since Sunday

Had no internet since Sunday night. The outages listed on the status page are not affecting my area. I’ve called the helpline multiple times to no answer. Seems like other people are having this issue and have been advised to private message mods, however when I go into a mod’s profile (@BasilDV and @Shane specifically) there’s no option to private message.

Since your service is not affected by an outage and still not getting back online after a reboot, then send us a private message with your account details and we'll run some tests on the line.
