Due to the extreme weather, the node connecting your service was greatly affected due to flooding.
The NBN Co. needs to make sure that it is safe for their field technicians before attending the site.
As of yesterday, they've advised that their field technician attended the site and successfully replaced the circuit breaker and the power supply is restored to the node. They are in the process of completing the rebuild of the node and restore the service.
Currently, there's no ETA provided, but we'll monitor this case and will provide information once available.
