No internet.

Hi,

I haven’t had any internet for a couple of hours. Restarted both NBN box and TPG modem, the nbn box has lights flickering.

On the nbn website it’s listed as no outage for my home and area, yet I don’t have any internet.

Been trying to get some help on the phone and been on the line for over an hour with TPG but no one is answering.

Not sure what to do.

If your service is not affected by an outage, then we need to check if there's a line fault or if it's a faulty device.

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.

The attending NBN technician has replaced the faulty hardware within the NBN network, which resolved the issue.
