Hi ...i left to go overseas for four months on 5/7 22. Prior to leaving my internet was not working I contacted tpg and was informed there was a broken line going to my place. They assured me that the problem would be solved. I have been unable to contact TPG as i do not have call roaming and are using an overseas sim card. I had a family member staying at my place and was told that the internet is still not working.
I am paying for a service that i am not getting.
